Exchange Period

Customers are entitled to exchanges only. "Since our products are handcrafted, returns for a refund are not accepted."

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

• The product must be unused.

• The original tag must be attached.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

• Damaged or used products will not be accepted for exchange.

Shipping Fees
