Shipping policy

At Liya Brand, we take great care in delivering our pearl-detailed designs to you safely. Every item is packed in a special protective box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

1. Processing Times

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days following quality control.

• Custom-made or personalized orders may take 7-10 business days for preparation.

2. Shipping Rates & Tracking

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

• Domestic (Turkey): Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days.

• International Shipping: Depending on the destination, delivery takes between 7-14 business days. Please note that customs delays are outside of our control.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• For international orders, Liya Brand is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged Shipments

• Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the package is significantly damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at iletisim@liyabrand.com.
